This Privacy Policy explains how Uchat collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our app and related services. Uchat is designed to help users create and manage date-based cards, reminders, timelines, and share-ready results. Depending on how you use the app, we may process information you provide, content you upload, and limited technical data needed to run the service.
We built Uchat to keep the experience lightweight and focused. We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell user data, and do not use user content for AI model training.
All AI processing in Uchat is performed exclusively on our own internal servers. We do not use any third-party AI services to process user data.
When you submit content for processing, it is handled only for the purpose of generating the requested result. Temporary processing data is deleted after the processing is complete. Uploaded content is not retained longer than necessary for that processing step unless you choose to save the resulting output in your history.
Your data is not used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model. It is also not used for profiling, advertising, or any unrelated purpose.
Uchat is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17. If we learn that a user under 17 has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy.
If we need to keep certain records for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes, we may retain them for a longer period only when required by law or necessary to protect our rights.

Uchat does not perform facial recognition, biometric analysis, or face template creation. We do not identify individuals from facial features and we do not build biometric profiles. If an image is uploaded, it is processed only to provide the requested app function and temporary processing data is deleted after processing is complete.
Your information may be processed in different regions where we or our service providers operate. When data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards intended to protect the information in a manner consistent with this Policy and applicable law.
